What the website collects
We have not installed advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or an application database. We do not set application cookies. Browsing and direct resource downloads do not require an email address.
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs to deliver and secure the site. In an owner-private preview, the hosting platform may also require authentication and apply its own cookies and privacy terms. These are distinct from this site's application code. We have not configured a custom retention period for provider logs.
Your checklist choices
The interactive checklist works in the page. If you choose “Save on this device,” your selections are stored in your browser's local storage so that they can be restored on your next visit. The site does not transmit these selections to us. You can remove saved selections with “Clear saved choices” or by clearing your browser's site data. Printing or downloading a checklist does not subscribe you to anything.
Preparing an enquiry
The project-brief builder runs in your browser. It does not submit form fields to us, save them to site storage or send them to an analytics service. Selecting “Prepare email text” creates a draft on the page; “Copy enquiry” copies it to your clipboard. “Open email app” passes the prepared recipient, subject and text to your chosen email app, where you decide whether to send it. Your browser or email app may retain drafts under its own settings.
Contacting us
Clicking our email link opens your own email app. Our public mailbox is hosted by Gmail (Google); incoming correspondence is processed through that service and your chosen mail provider. Do not send patient information, identification documents or confidential procurement files in an initial enquiry. An updated notice must explain the operator's contact-data purposes, legal basis, recipients, international transfers, retention and applicable rights before an enquiry collection service is added.
